Membership is only $100.00 per year. You can also attend a meeting as a guest for $10.00, which will be applied to your membership fee if you join.

CT-CAREI's purpose is to aid, train, educate, motivate and share information relating to all aspects of investing and making money in real estate. CT-CAREI is dedicated to all levels of real estate entrepreneurs from "newbies" to the more sophisticated investors.
